If you don't have recent labs, Coach Cam will guide you on what panels to order and where to get them done. Monitoring your bloodwork is a core part of the program — we use it to drive every major decision.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday you log your fasted weight in the tracking sheet. Throughout the week you follow your training and nutrition plan, and can message Coach Cam any time with questions. Every Saturday you submit your check-in — rating your performance, energy, mood, appetite, and overall wellbeing out of 10, plus fasted photos. Coach Cam reviews everything and sends updated protocols before the next week starts.

Carbs and fats are structured around your training days and personal preferences. Everything is direct-source macros, not estimates.
